Hai guys, My name is Stella. First, I don't know if I have a baking hobby. I just know that I love watching cooking show since I was a kid. I rarely cooked what I have watched. I just love watched cooking and baking show. Maybe it was because lack of tools also.
When I was 19 years old, I start to bake for the first time. At that time I baked a spongecake. And then I tried brownies, donut, lava cake, and I forgot what else. Hahhaa..
Then I baked again 10 years later. I baked marmer cake, cheesecake, birthday cake, custom cake, and many more. Finally I made cheesecake. I used to be afraid to make it because in my mind, Cream Cheese is very expensive and I'm afraid of being fail.
But now, I understand what to do and the others. So here it is I present you my baking. Enjoy.
